1 General Terms & Conditions

Paddy (paddy.best) is a licensed online gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions constitutes a legal agreement between Paddy and the user. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms and conditions.

• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on Paddy come with specific terms and conditions. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

• A Wagering Requirement applies to every bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
• Paddy reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on Paddy operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Paddy will make a decision following a fair investigation.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Paddy reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Users may also close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure. Please contact Support to request self-exclusion.

8 Responsible Gaming

• If both parties cannot reach an agreement, an independent mediator may be called upon.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions and Their Effect

Paddy reserves the right to modify this Terms and Conditions modify these terms in part or in full. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications on the platform.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any delay or waiver by Paddy in enforcing a particular term shall not be considered a permanent waiver of that term.
